We offer this add on for bracket / water deflector for upgrading your 610 or 612 to a faster gas outboard say 4Hp-20HP.  The standard tiller bracket will hold up to a 20Hp however the water hits the outboard too high and does not run correctly.  If you ordered your boat before we offered this option we can ship one to you.
